<p><strong>About Us</strong><br /><br />Kollar Chocolates is a chocolate shop in Yountville, CA. We create all of our truffles and chocolate confections in an open display kitchen housed in our shop. Our team is a small, efficient team, always willing to pitch in and help to get the job done.</p>
<p>As seen in O Magazine and named Top 10 Chocolatiers in North America by Dessert Professional, Kollar Chocolates is a growing artisan chocolate shop located in Yountville, the heart of Napa Valley, where chocolatier Chris Kollar and his team develop modern hand crafted truffles and innovative chocolates made with premium, seasonal ingredients. </p>

<p><br /><strong>About the Job</strong><br /><br />With the variety of guests that visit Yountville, you'll spend a lot of time discussing chocolates. Throughout the week, you'll be boxing bon bons, making coffee drinks, scooping gelato, restocking, and responding to guests' questions. We're looking for a full-time or part time team member with the flexibility to work a variety of opening and closing shifts. This position offers $15/hour, plus tips. We also provide an employee discount and the opportunity to taste lots of chocolate. </p>

<p><strong>About You</strong><br /><br />Our ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and enjoys interacting with guests and other employees. You don't have to be a chocolate expert; we're happy to teach you all we know about the world chocolate. Previous coffee or food retail experience is a plus.<br /><br /><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br /><br /></p>

<li>Be on time, dress professionally, and be ready to work.</li>
<li>Ability to share your excitement for Kollar Chocolates with visitors.</li>
<li>Engage guests with our bon bon making process and an explanation of our chocolates, especially your favorites!</li>

<li>Availability on weekends, mornings, and some evenings.</li>
<li>A passion for chocolate!</li>
<li>Familiarity with a fast-paced work environment.</li>
<li>1-2 years of retail or customer-facing work experience.</li>
<li>Proven ability to work well within a team environment.</li>
