Hernandez Residential & Commercial HVAC
Duties will include
Greeting customers, answering phones, screening and routing calls.
Must be able to organize and prioritize duties with a fluid schedule. Computer / software skills to include Quickbooks, Excel and PowerPoint.
Creative, friendly, professional and strong communication skills a must!
Pay commensurate to experience.

Other Clerical Duties & Administrative Support to Sales Staff
Typical & Preparing Estimates
Quickbooks, Excel, Powerpoint Experience
Ability to organize & prioritize with fluid schedule
Customer service experience (Not Mandatory)
Good typing skills
Some creative skills
Basic math skills
Time management skills
