Outpatient Physical Therapist in California

Western Physical Therapy is looking for a lead physical therapist for Burney Physical Therapy, located in Burney California. This position requires a PT with a strong orthopedic background and leadership skills as well as experience with a variety of orthopedic conditions including pre and post-surgical, sports related injuries, chronic pain, and lower-level neurologic conditions as well. Aquatic rehabilitation will be developed within this setting. Base salary is $108,000 per year and additionally there is a profit share program for which one should expect to range between $30,000 and $50,000 or more per year after the first year of employment. Compensation will also include paid time off, medical insurance benefits, continuing education, APTA dues, licensure, and a $10,000 sign on bonus for a two year commitment.

We are also looking for a staff physical therapist with a strong desire to be the best orthopedic therapist possible. We offer advanced training through Folsom’s long-term program as well as the benefits described above. Starting salary for this position is $92,000 per year.
