<li>Draft and communicate to the Gruppo team a daily calendar of projects (location, time, installer’s team, client, etc.).</li>
<li>Regularly follow-up with the supervising installer for each project and collect photographic reports.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Be incredibly organized:
<ul>
<li>Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress of each assigned project while ensuring the appropriate verification techniques are in place to manages changes, schedules, and costs.</li>
<li>Monitor time, cost, and quality of installation projects and prepare for regular reporting to the upper-management team.</li>
<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, building an archive of all assigned projects.</li>

<p><strong>Job Title: </strong></p>

<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>As Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the upper-management team to ensure each project is on budget and schedule. You will be responsible for the pre-production and post-production of each assigned project, and may include both commercial and residential projects across the country. Adhering to deadlines will be extremely important, so adaptive problem-solving in the face of emergencies and other issues is an essential function of this job.</p>
<p>As Project Coordinator, you will also be expected to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Be a master at planning and time-management:
<ul>
<li>Properly plan and coordinate all aspects of the installation processes.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Be an effective communicator:
<ul>
<li>Draft and communicate to the Gruppo team a daily calendar of projects (location, time, installer’s team, client, etc.).</li>
<li>Regularly follow-up with the supervising installer for each project and collect photographic reports.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Be incredibly organized:
<ul>
<li>Develop a detailed project plan to track the progress of each assigned project while ensuring the appropriate verification techniques are in place to manages changes, schedules, and costs.</li>
<li>Monitor time, cost, and quality of installation projects and prepare for regular reporting to the upper-management team.</li>
<li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, building an archive of all assigned projects.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Be experienced in project management software, tools, and techniques.</li>
<li>Represent Gruppo International USA L.L.C. with a high degree of professional etiquette with clients and contractors.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience: Project management and/or coordination experience required.</li>
<li>Education: High School or equivalent.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Other information:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>This is a full-time position (~40 hours/week).</li>
<li>Compensation is hourly and dependent on the experience, knowledges, skills, and abilities you bring.</li>
