<li>Proactively manage book of business to ensure clients have an overall great experience with Upward.net, while partnering with the Client Success Team to ensure clients are receiving proper program expectations</li>
<li>Skillfully deliver bi-monthly client check-in calls/presentations with the goal of ensuring client renewal before end of contract term</li>
<li>Exceed monthly/quarterly retention and growth quotas</li>
<li>Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable</li>
<li>Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a fantastic team player</li>
