<p><strong>Sales Assistant for phone repair shop</strong></p>
<p>We are a local phone repair shop and we have been in business for about 5 years. We pride ourselves in our excellent customer service and quality of products and services provided. You will be joining a team full of enthusiasm and passion for the technological field.</p>
<p>We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service</li>
<li>Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features</li>
<li>Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries</li>
<li>Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis</li>
<li>“Go the extra mile” to drive sales</li>
<li>Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas</li>
<li>Actively seek out customers in store</li>
<li>Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options</li>
