We are a small, artisan place in the heart of RRV looking for few members to join the staff. As server you will be trained in modern Italian culture, fine service and Tuscan wines. Many events to local wineries and a beautiful outdoor dining.

As line cook you will work in a restaurant that makes everything in the house, curing salumi, making fresh pasta and baking up to 12 different breads with different fermentations.

Staff is small and friendly, very professional. So please be a serious person who s looking for the right place to learn and to contribute to.
