<p><strong>Nopalito Catering Sales Manager</strong></p>
<p>This position supports and is integral to Nopalito’s multi-faceted catering program.</p>
<p>Throughout all tasks and interactions, the sales manager should be an ambassador for our restaurant, communicating our commitment to authentic Mexican cuisine. This position analyzes local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep Nopalito the premiere Mexican catering company in the Bay Area. </p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Manage all incoming event inquiries with a commitment to growing sales</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Creating and sending detailed and customized proposals to prospective clients</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Working directly with clients and detailing their event</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Facilitating site tours and communication with prospective clients</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Communicating menu execution with chef</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Staffing front of house with internal catering staff</li>
