Evaluates practices and identifies areas of excessive supply usage and misuse of equipment which could lead to high costs. Arrange work to reduce or avoid overtime. Uses supplies efficiently. Alamo Drafthouse Cinema - Yonkers
The Shift Supervisor position is an integral part of the management team and is responsible for running daily operations as well as providing leadership to our staff members. Key responsibilities include managing the staff by upholding standards of presentation, food quality, excellent guest service and maintaining a positive “can do” attitude. The Shift Supervisor is a brand representative for the Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas and is responsible for delivering on the company goals, visions and mission statement at all times.
