<h2>Software Developer/CTO</h2>
<h3>Role:</h3>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Full stack development</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Lead R&D technical projects</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Hire technical talent and direct team</p>
<h3>Duties:</h3>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Lead/assist with build of proof-of-concept prototype software</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Co-lead with build of software MVP</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Assist with UI/UX design</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Research best practices architecture</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Assist with evaluation of vendor technology solutions</p>
<h3>Experience/Skills:</h3>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Technical writing in software</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Business acumen helpful (general knowledge)</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Graphic design in building interfaces and forms</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Web programming languages for MEAN/MERN</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Leading technical teams</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Building mid-sized successful web applications</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- *Plus: AWS hosting, 3rd-party integration</p>
<h3>Position (work remotely)</h3>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Resources: Have own tools and transportation</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Length of Position: 5 year commitment</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;">- Start Date: January 2019 estimated</p>
