DOSA seeks Assistant General Manager - Be a part of our rapid growth

At DOSA the Assistant General Manager supports and ensures that the restaurant operates within our company standards while meeting/exceeding sales and profitability objectives, developing staff and ensuring a seamless customer service experience.  This position is designed for rapid growth and will require a manager with the ability to establish policy, procedure and process to accommodate growth in all areas including new business, staffing, revenue and operations.

Basic Job Duties and Requirements of Assistant General Manager:

  • Maintain high-levels of customer satisfaction by providing an excellent customer experience
  • Utilize customer service resources including evaluating information from feedback surveys, web reviews and customer feedback to determine training needs
  • Prepare and manage schedules for managers and team members to ensure the DOSA service standards are maintained and labor is managed effectively
  • Maintain overall management style in accordance with company standards and culture, provide leadership and direction to managers and team members to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Maintain safety, sanitation and Q/A programs and scores, make adjustments as required
  • Manage restaurant communications to ensure all team members are educated on general company developments and  issues affecting operations
  • Manage the business via the P&L meeting specific objectives
  • Valuation of inventory
  • Oversee completion of restaurant repairs & maintenance
  • Ongoing hiring, training and employee development


Must have a minimum of 5+ years of restaurant experience including 2+ years of experience managing others

Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe manager certificate

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must consistently utilize all Personal Protective Equipment per DOSA guidelines
